‘This is a fantastic, old school Australian, country bakery with all the favourites that you would expect. Aside from the flaky pastry on the pies, pasties and sausage rolls, there are fair dinkum coffee scrolls (soft and delicious), award winning vanilla slices (oh so creamy) and an array of cakes and pastries that once upon a time filled every High St suburban bakery in the country - donuts, jam tarts, strudel, cream buns etc. The shop is immaculately clean with a designated whole half of the front dedicated to seating, including comfy booths. The staff are friendly and attentive and they are well stocked for the weekend crowd. Highly recommended.’
